Teacher Assistant and High School Subject Teacher

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Teacher Assistants for elementary levels and qualified High School Subject Teachers to join our Montessori‑aligned learning community. Candidates will collaborate with experienced Montessori‑trained guides to foster a nurturing environment where children and teenagers can explore and develop their talents.

Key responsibilities

• Assist elementary teachers in daily classroom activities, following Montessori principles.
• Teach designated high school subjects such as Social Studies, Chemistry, Physics, ICT, Mathematics, or Business‑related courses.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrators to maintain a high standard of educational excellence.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and Montessori training sessions.
• Support students’ academic and personal growth through ethical and responsible mentorship.

Required profile

• Preferably holds a PRC teaching license.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Minimum three years of proven teaching experience; Montessori experience is a plus.
• Graduated from a four‑year undergraduate program and willing to pursue further training and licensure exams.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
