Tax Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist to join our team in Makati City. This full‑time position will ensure tax compliance and provide strategic tax advice to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file accurate, timely tax returns (income tax, VAT, etc.).
• Research and analyze tax planning opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Provide tax advisory services to finance, operations and legal departments.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws, regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align tax compliance with business strategy.
• Assist in tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Mentor and train junior tax professionals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a tax‑related role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.
