Tax Manager

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead Bosch Philippines' local tax function, acting as the primary liaison for all tax matters with internal teams, external advisors, and tax authorities. This senior position ensures compliance with Philippine and international tax regulations while supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for country and international tax topics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Govern tax matters for all local legal entities and foreign permanent establishments, defining and implementing processes and controls.
• Coordinate tax audits, act as the point of contact for tax authorities and external advisors.
• Provide day‑to‑day tax advice, including new business models, in line with group policies.
• Monitor and analyse new tax regulations, ensuring the company stays up‑to‑date.
• Support contract negotiations by reviewing tax clauses.
• Track tax incentives and assist with transfer‑pricing documentation.
• Prepare Pillar 2 reporting as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law (tax focus) or equivalent; Certified Tax Advisor preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of tax experience in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation.
• Experience with international taxation and dealing with tax authorities.
• Strong understanding of business processes, accounting, and IT systems (especially SAP).
• Excellent English and Tagalog communication; additional ASEAN language a plus.
• Highly reliable, responsible, and able to drive the tax function independently.
