Talent Acquisition Specialist – Physician Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the growth of our physician network. You will work directly with leadership to source, evaluate, and onboard physicians who align with our innovative healthcare platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the physician network by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and conducting interviews.
• Verify licensure, clinical specialization, and relevant experience of physician applicants.
• Engage prospective physicians using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information, communications, and interview feedback.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and client success teams to ensure credentialing and licensing requirements are met.
• Improve internal onboarding, retention, and people‑operations processes.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or people operations.
• Healthcare hiring experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• High operational output with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, thrives in a fast‑paced startup environment, and committed to a full‑time role.
