Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support end‑to‑end recruitment for both Philippine and U.S. hiring needs. Working closely with hiring managers, you will ensure a smooth, timely hiring process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for PH and U.S. roles across multiple levels, especially in high‑volume environments.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and handle offer processes.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, ensure compliance with company processes, and support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high‑volume hiring setting.
• Experience supporting hiring for Philippine and/or U.S. markets is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work on shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts if required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment trackers.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Advanced use of Google Workspace.
