Talent Acquisition Manager – Onsite (Baguio, Tuguegarao, Angeles)

About the role

Elite Virtual Employment Solutions is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its provincial sites in Baguio, Tuguegarao, and Angeles, Pampanga. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, building effective hiring strategies, and expanding the workforce of a fast‑growing BPO/offshoring startup serving US clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple locations, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job ads.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within BPO or similar high‑volume environments.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market, especially in provincial areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight hiring deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Experience using social media and job boards for talent sourcing.
