Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess and hire qualified talent while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop staffing strategies.
• Source, screen and assess candidates for a variety of roles, including IT positions.
• Administer psychometric and other assessment tools.
• Maintain and improve talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and effective stakeholder communication.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Experience recruiting IT roles is preferred.
• Background in psychological testing and assessment administration is an advantage.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms and talent pipeline tools.
