Talent Acquisition Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support the full‑cycle recruitment process for non‑officer positions within the bank. The role will partner with hiring managers to source, assess and onboard qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to hiring managers on talent sourcing, hiring processes, and standards.
• Review Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs) for non‑officer hiring and validate manpower requests.
• Facilitate PRF approvals according to authority matrices.
• Identify and utilize sourcing channels such as referrals, online portals, walk‑ins, project hires, OJT pools, and university recruitment.
• Develop and maintain an active talent pool to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Conduct in‑depth HR interviews, administer pre‑employment tests, and coordinate candidate status updates.
• Prepare job offer sheets, negotiate salaries, and coordinate with compensation analysts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business units to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Monitor pre‑employment requirements, including medical and background checks.
• Facilitate recruitment briefings during new employee orientation.
• Prepare and track payments for recruitment‑related services and maintain recruitment documentation in line with records management standards.

Required profile

• Graduate in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in test administration, scoring, interpretation, and interviewing.
• Basic knowledge of account and project management.
• Exposure to competency‑based interviewing and test administration.
