Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our leading IT service and consulting firm in Quezon City. The role focuses on maintaining high‑availability backbone servers and supporting end‑user workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core servers such as Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, DHCP, virtualization platforms, Windows and Linux.
• Update user accounts, mailboxes and internet access following approvals.
• Monitor system performance daily and respond promptly to issues.
• Isolate problems and collaborate with support groups for resolution.
• Assist with file/database recovery from workstations or servers.
• Configure workstations with OS, Microsoft 365, Office, Outlook, browsers and company software.
• Prepare weekly, monthly or ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Support interconnectivity projects through administration and technical assistance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, DHCP, server virtualization, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, IIS configuration for web applications.
• Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related IT field.
