Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our identity and access management environment. The role will focus on SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and related IAM tools, ensuring high availability, security and performance across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced system administration across SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure, and IAM tools.
• Proactively monitor system performance, capacity and availability to guarantee optimal reliability and uptime.
• Diagnose, isolate and resolve complex system issues, participating in troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Apply system tuning, updates and patches to keep applications secure and up‑to‑date following established procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user guides for team use and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure and other IAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
