Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting core IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of servers and workstations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support backbone services such as Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, DHCP, server virtualization, Windows and Linux servers.
• Modify and update user accounts, mailboxes, and internet accounts following approved requests.
• Monitor, maintain, and provide support for the LTO‑IT system and district office servers.
• Respond promptly to escalated issues from Customer Care and other support groups.
• Assist in file and database recovery from workstations or servers experiencing hardware or OS problems.
• Set up, install, and configure workstations with operating systems, Microsoft 365, Office, Outlook, browsers, and other required software.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, or ad‑hoc reports as required by management.
• Participate in troubleshooting and isolation of abnormal system behavior.
• Support interconnectivity projects and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
