System Administrator

About the role

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a System Administrator to manage and support its IT infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments, cloud platforms and enterprise systems. The role ensures high availability, security and performance while contributing to automation and modernization initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for production and infrastructure issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server and Active Directory services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Perform Linux server administration, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage patching for servers and workstations using enterprise tools.
• Support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS and Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Administer virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Nutanix.
• Monitor systems, respond to incidents and manage backup, recovery and storage processes.
• Assist with P2V migrations, infrastructure modernization and documentation.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell or similar tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in system administration within enterprise environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
