About the role
ACCIONA is seeking a Surveyor to support its infrastructure projects in the Philippines. You will work on‑site, using advanced measurement tools to capture accurate land data that underpins design and construction activities.
Key responsibilities
- Operate specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS units and laser scanners to measure land features and boundaries.
- Collect and interpret topographic, terrain and property‑line data.
- Produce detailed plans, maps and survey reports using CAD and GIS software.
- Document survey methods, equipment usage and any field issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction teams to deliver required survey data.
- Ensure surveys comply with local, state and federal regulations.
- Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot survey instruments.
- Conduct on‑site inspections and assess environmental factors affecting surveys.
Required profile
- Licensed Civil or Geodetic Engineer.
- Preferably at least 3 years of surveying experience on infrastructure, rail, building or civil construction projects.
