Support Specialist - Shared Team (Remote)

About the role

Aidey, an AI-first business process outsourcing company based in the Philippines, is hiring a Support Specialist for a shared team. You will support several clients at once by phone, email and chat, working remotely with a fully remote, long-term position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, email and chat in a timely manner.
• Analyze, triage and troubleshoot cases needing technical help, making sure the right steps are taken before escalating to the appropriate department.
• Be proactive and take initiative in improving work processes.

Required profile

• Motivated, independent and highly organized, with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal, writing and reading).
• At least 2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple client accounts at once.
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including day, mid, night, weekend and holiday shifts, as the team provides 24/7 support.
• Stable internet connection (100+ Mbps) and a quiet, professional workspace.

Required skills

• Advantage: experience supporting point-of-sale (POS) or property management systems (PMS) in the hospitality industry.
• Advantage: experience supporting eCommerce businesses using Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation and similar tools.
• Advantage: experience with help desk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho and Intercom.
