Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Chain Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end bulk logistics operations for Air Liquide Philippines. Reporting to senior logistics management, the role ensures safe, cost‑effective delivery of gases and related products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule strategic truck requirements to meet long‑term delivery needs at minimal cost.
• Conduct demand‑capacity analyses and propose network optimisations to achieve KPI targets.
• Supervise logistics schedulers, monitor daily delivery plans, and track Delivery Performance Execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance fleet utilisation and prevent stock‑outs.
• Lead cluster initiative projects, manage User Acceptance Testing and provide system training.
• Collaborate with haulers, 3PL providers and safety teams to develop SLAs and resolve operational gaps.
• Analyse unserved orders, out‑of‑stock events and vehicle inspection gaps, creating corrective action plans.
• Monitor logistics expenses, reconcile purchase orders, invoices and 3PL services, and prepare monthly cost reports.
• Act as the primary liaison between sales, production and logistics to align distribution schedules and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, bulk transportation or supply chain supervision.
• Proven ability to manage third‑party haulers and ensure PEZA compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in demand‑capacity planning and cost control.
