Supply Chain Manager

About the role

ZUS Coffee PH is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations across all stores and kiosks. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehousing, inventory control, distribution and store replenishment to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage daily, weekly and monthly warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, picking, loading and dispatch of supplies and ingredients.
• Oversee inventory management processes such as stock counts, reconciliation, variance investigation and accuracy across all locations.
• Develop and execute logistics cost‑optimization initiatives, including route planning, cross‑docking and transportation solutions.
• Manage third‑party logistics providers, warehouse partners and transporters to meet service level agreements.
• Define, monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (inventory accuracy, fulfillment rate, wastage, delivery turnaround time, logistics cost efficiency).
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Finance to align supply chain planning with sales forecasts, promotions and expansion plans.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to enhance warehouse operations, food‑safety compliance and overall efficiency.
• Build, mentor and develop a high‑performing supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of supply chain experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of cost reduction and efficiency gains.
• Strong knowledge of planning, sourcing, logistics and distribution.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
