About the role

EIA21, a leading industrial engineering firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking eight Civil Works Supervisors to join a 12‑month data‑center construction project in Zaragoza. The role involves on‑site coordination, ensuring that construction activities follow design specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction progress to guarantee smooth and efficient execution.
• Review project drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring tasks are performed according to plans.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Familiarity with applicable construction codes and industrial safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction standards.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards.
