About the role
EIA21, a leading industrial engineering firm with over 40 years of experience, is seeking eight Civil Works Supervisors to join a 12‑month data‑center construction project in Zaragoza. The role involves on‑site coordination, ensuring that construction activities follow design specifications and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction progress to guarantee smooth and efficient execution.
- Review project drawings and specifications for compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring tasks are performed according to plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil construction projects.
- Familiarity with applicable construction codes and industrial safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Required skills
- Knowledge of construction standards.
- Understanding of industrial safety standards.
