About the role
The General Affairs Supervisor provides operational and administrative support to retail stores and offices, ensuring that facilities, supplies, and services run smoothly. This enables frontline staff to concentrate on sales and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise store and office maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for facility services.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and store equipment.
- Oversee inventory of non‑merchandise items such as forms and stationery.
- Liaise with external service providers (security, janitorial, utilities) and ensure contracts are up‑to‑date.
- Maintain records of permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with safety and labor standards.
- Provide logistical support for staff activities, trainings, meetings, and events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in general affairs, administration, or facilities management, preferably in retail.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
