Superstructure Site Engineer

About the role

ACCIONA is looking for a Superstructure Site Engineer to join its infrastructure project in Metro Manila. You will be responsible for monitoring construction progress, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction progress and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect rebar, formwork, and concreting works to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, managing deliveries, manpower, and site logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of productivity, resource utilization, and site activities.
• Attend site inspections with the quality team and address any non‑conformities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on superstructure works for buildings, bridges, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, concreting works, and cast‑in‑situ deck construction.
