About the role

Making Fine Group is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations across its diverse food & beverage concepts. You will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, while controlling operational costs.
• Collaborate with kitchen teams to guarantee timely service and product availability.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
