Store Supervisor-3

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the retail store and its sales advisors to achieve commercial, operational, and service objectives. You will drive strategies that improve sales conversion, customer experience, and store profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate a team of sales advisors to meet goals and KPIs.
• Supervise conversion of store visits into sales and implement commercial strategies.
• Monitor performance indicators, ensure execution of action plans and achievement of targets.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash closures and cash counts.
• Provide support in resolving customer cases when required.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review results, communicate strategies and enhance commercial performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervising commercial teams (at least 10 people).
• Experience in sales, customer service and meeting performance indicators.
• Experience in operational control of inventories and store processes.
• Completed university studies.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
