Store Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Store Construction Project Manager leads the end‑to‑end delivery of new retail locations and store renovations. This role combines strategic planning, design innovation, procurement, construction oversight, and quality management to ensure stores open on time, within budget, and meet brand and community expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of store opening projects, from concept and design through construction, fit‑out, and launch.
• Develop store formats and concepts that reflect regional characteristics, customer needs, and emerging retail trends.
• Integrate sustainable design principles and e‑commerce considerations into store layouts.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution.
• Control project costs, schedules, and quality standards, delivering reliable and swift store launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing new store development or renovation projects, preferably in a global or overseas context.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Background in architectural design, interior design, construction management, or related facility fields.
• Experience with BIM implementation, business transformation, or system development in construction or consulting environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience using Adobe software.
• Hands‑on knowledge of BIM tools, preferably Revit.
