Service Supervisor – Maintenance Operations

About the role

The Service Supervisor leads and coaches a team of Maintenance Supervisors to achieve operational targets, ensuring safety, customer satisfaction and profitability across KONE’s Cebu operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for safety of employees and end‑users, fostering a safety‑first mindset.
• Drive high customer satisfaction and ensure quality, profitability and service delivery.
• Set, cascade and monitor individual targets and operational plans for supervisors.
• Lead deployment of KONE Way initiatives such as Dynamic Maintenance Planning and 24/7 services.
• Manage team performance through regular 1‑on‑1 meetings, field visits and audits.
• Collaborate with sales and technical helpdesk to align offerings and meet monetary targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in elevator maintenance or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a commercial or technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Prior experience in people leadership and customer relationship management.
• Strong project management and market‑understanding abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an asset.
