About the role

Capio Vårdcentral Johannelund is seeking a resident physician (ST‑läkare) in general practice. You will work in a modern primary‑care centre that uses AI‑supported tools to enhance clinical documentation and patient communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide continuous, patient‑centred care for a listed population of around 8,300 patients.
• Make independent clinical decisions while collaborating with an experienced team of specialists.
• Utilise AI‑driven documentation tools (e.g., Tandem) and the Rave system for efficient record‑keeping.
• Engage in proactive outreach through the 1177 portal before patients initiate contact.
• Participate in regional ST‑program activities and national networking events.

Required profile

• Licensed medical doctor eager to start a residency in general practice.
• Motivated to take responsibility, receive feedback and follow patients over time.
• Enjoys teamwork, continuous learning and contributing to primary‑care development.
• Values a supportive work environment and high patient satisfaction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI‑supported clinical documentation tools.
• Experience using the Rave electronic health‑record system.
• Knowledge of the Swedish 1177 e‑health portal.
