Sr. Organizational Development & Training (ODT) Supervisor

About the role

First Sumiden Circuits, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive organizational development and training initiatives across its manufacturing operations. The Sr. Organizational Development & Training (ODT) Supervisor will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy, design learning programs, and enhance employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational strategies that improve culture, performance and employee engagement.
• Design, oversee and deliver comprehensive training programs, conduct skill‑gap analyses and manage train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Lead performance management processes, set KPIs, provide coaching, and mentor junior supervisors.
• Allocate resources, manage project timelines and budgets for OD and training initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Act as liaison between senior leadership and staff, facilitating clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in organizational development and training, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing environment.
• Proven knowledge of succession planning, competency assessment, performance management and learning‑and‑development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation abilities and a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
