Sr. FinOps Analyst – Spanish Speaking, Global Accounts Receivable

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior FinOps Analyst who is fluent in Spanish to join its Global Accounts Receivable team. The role supports strategic customers, resolves billing issues, and drives cash‑flow performance from the Pasay office.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer receivables and maximize cash flow by resolving payment issues.
• Execute full‑cycle AR for past‑due balances, including research, analysis, and account reconciliation.
• Contact customers, schedule resolution sessions, and understand their procure‑to‑pay cycles.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, handle internal and external AR inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide guidance on Amazon billing processes, identify defects, and drive upstream resolutions.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, escalating issues when needed and suggesting process improvements.
• Document interactions, create tasks and reminders in collections tools, and support additional projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal).
• Minimum 6 months of customer‑service or customer‑facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including shift work, with minimal supervision.
