Spanish Bilingual Specialist – Banking & Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑English bilingual specialist to join our Banking and Finance account. You will interact with customers via voice channels, providing accurate information on mortgage products and assisting them with online self‑service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from English‑ and Spanish‑speaking customers regarding mortgage inquiries, interest rates, loan terms, and account details.
• Guide customers through online platforms for account setup, payments, document submission, and other banking activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional mortgage products based on customer needs.
• Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and communication skills.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work professionally and efficiently while complying with company policies and industry regulations.
• Experience or familiarity with mortgage products and banking services.
