Sourcing Recruiter – US Market

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for executive, leadership, and professional positions across the United States. You will build strong candidate pipelines, conduct thorough interviews, and partner with hiring teams to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage executive, leadership, and professional‑level candidates throughout the US.
• Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews to evaluate qualifications.
• Create detailed candidate profiles and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM.
• Verify candidate experience and expertise beyond resume review.
• Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to provide high‑quality candidate endorsements.
• Research and engage passive candidates for current and future opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition supporting the US market.
• Experience recruiting for professional, managerial, leadership, or executive roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate research abilities using multiple channels.
• Proven ability to conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Experience using an ATS or CRM system.
