About the role

The Sourcing and Talent Attraction Lead will shape and execute our employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy, ensuring a compelling and consistent candidate experience across all channels. This senior position partners with recruitment, marketing, and internal stakeholders to attract diverse talent for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruitment and marketing teams to align messaging on career sites, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
• Develop and promote employer branding initiatives that showcase company culture, values, and employee experience.
• Optimize sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and talent communities, and manage relationships with external partners.
• Design targeted campaigns for critical roles, supporting diversity and inclusion hiring goals.
• Lead candidate communication strategies to ensure clear, inclusive, and engaging interactions throughout the recruitment journey.
• Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and reporting.
