Software Engineer – Outsystems Developer (Pooling)

About the role

The Software Engineer – Outsystems Developer will research, develop, and integrate new products, services, and processes into existing systems, with a focus on analytics. Working from UnionBank Plaza in Ortigas, Pasig City, you will support business units by delivering innovative solutions and automating campaign workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Research emerging technologies and propose integration strategies for existing platforms.
• Design and implement data‑gathering solutions from unconventional sources.
• Develop, maintain, and document APIs that enable internal and external services.
• Build, enhance, and document campaign processes and contact policies to streamline digital communications.
• Monitor key performance indicators for campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support by creating systems, applications, or scripts for various business units.
