Software Engineer – iOS Developer (Pooling)

About the role

The Software Engineer will research, develop, and integrate new products, services, or processes into existing systems, with a focus on analytics. This position is based at UnionBank Plaza in Ortigas, Pasig City and works closely with business units to deliver data‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives backed by research and data.
• Research emerging technologies and propose integration pathways.
• Design innovative data‑gathering methods from unconventional sources.
• Provide support to business units by building systems, applications, or scripts.
• Develop, maintain, and document APIs to enable automation.
• Maintain and enhance campaign processes and contact policies for streamlined delivery.
• Streamline campaign communication via digital channels for portfolio actions and usage campaigns.
• Monitor key performance drivers for campaigns and ensure continuous implementation of business‑critical campaigns.
