Software Engineer – Hybrid (Manila)

About the role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a passionate Software Engineer to join its Exams Technology Organisation – IELTS Development Team in Manila. The role involves creating and developing applications that deliver exams and qualifications worldwide, working in a hybrid environment with two days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications used for exam delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet global standards.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of exam technology.
• Support the operational needs of the IELTS Development Team.

Required profile

• Strong interest in software engineering and exam technology.
• Willingness to work hybrid (office two days a week) and align with Manila‑UK overlapping hours.
• Comfortable with the disclosed salary range of Php 62,000‑84,000.
