Software Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join a fast‑growing AI‑focused team as a Software Developer. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work on an AI recruiter agent that powers millions of interviews, while receiving mentorship from senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack systems that support core product workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Create and ship user‑facing features with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Support data‑modeling and database optimization for PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑driven workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of a globally used AI recruiter agent.
• Follow best practices in testing, deployment, and code reviews.
• Work within PST timezone overlap to ensure smooth collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, graduated within the last 2 years.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for learning in an AI‑driven environment.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
