Soft Skills Training Officer

About the role

Human Nature is seeking a motivated Soft Skills Training Officer to lead the development and delivery of soft‑skills and leadership programs for its workforce. The role focuses on enhancing employee competence, behavior, and motivation across assigned departments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through systematic analysis.
• Design, develop, and deliver soft‑skills and leadership training using face‑to‑face sessions and the Learning Management System.
• Manage the rollout of HN Academy programs in the Southern region.
• Facilitate group discussions and multi‑platform training sessions for staff at all levels.
• Maintain detailed training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Training Officer, with at least 3 years focused on soft‑skills training.
• Background in manufacturing or retail environments is preferred.
• Strong project‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis.
• Willingness to work onsite at Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
