Social Media Video Producer & Manager – Instagram (Remote)

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Social Media Video Producer & Manager to support a leading creator‑led parenting brand on Instagram. You will turn raw assets—podcast clips, written pieces, raw video, and audience testimonials—into daily, high‑performing visual content for a feed of over 3 million followers.

Key responsibilities

• Produce at least one polished visual asset (Reel, Carousel, etc.) each day to keep a fresh content library.
• Assemble mobile‑first Reels using InShot and CapCut, adding hooks, text overlays, and trending audio.
• Design carousel‑style educational posts and Story graphics in Canva that align with brand identity.
• Repurpose top‑performing content based on analytics into new, trend‑relevant formats.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, acting as the brand’s authentic voice.
• Maintain up‑to‑date revenue‑driving links (ShopMy, Linktree, Amazon storefronts, sponsored campaigns).

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience producing short‑form video for creator brands or high‑volume digital accounts.
• Portfolio showcasing Reels or Stories created for US brands, influencers, or public figures.
• Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, trending audio, and visual formats.
