Social Media Video Producer & Manager (Instagram, 3M+ Audience) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Video Producer & Manager to lead the daily visual content for a fast‑growing creator‑led parenting brand on Instagram, which boasts over 3 million followers. Working remotely, you will partner with the leadership team to turn podcast clips, written pieces, raw footage and audience testimonials into engaging Reels, carousels and stories that drive audience growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Produce at least one high‑quality visual asset (Reel, carousel, etc.) each day to keep a fresh content library.
• Edit raw video clips into mobile‑first Reels using InShot and CapCut, adding hooks, text overlays and trending audio.
• Design carousel‑style educational posts and story graphics in Canva that align with the brand’s visual identity.
• Analyze performance data and repurpose top‑performing content into new, trend‑relevant formats.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments, acting as the brand’s authentic voice on Instagram.
• Maintain and update revenue‑driving links (ShopMy, Linktree, Amazon storefronts, sponsored campaigns) across all content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience producing short‑form video for creator brands or high‑volume digital accounts.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with an eye for pacing, hooks and mobile‑first design.
• Deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trending audio and visual formats.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting tight daily deadlines.
