Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to expand our presence on Facebook and Instagram. You will be responsible for growing our audience, engaging followers, and driving traffic to our website and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the Facebook and Instagram audience using organic and direct outreach strategies.
• Publish and promote products, services, and relevant content.
• Identify and engage with potential followers and online communities.
• Invite prospective followers to connect with our platforms.
• Support inbound and outbound social media campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and other audience interactions.
• Generate clicks, engagements, enquiries, and website traffic.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for graphics and creative assets.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on results.
• Develop effective strategies and take ownership of the role.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing or supporting Facebook and Instagram accounts.
• Experience with outbound social media campaigns is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of organic follower growth, community engagement, and traffic generation.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable conducting direct outreach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Flexibility to work weekdays or weekends when required.
