Social Media Manager

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of its digital presence and integrated marketing campaigns. You will own the end‑to‑end campaign process, ensuring consistent brand voice, compliance, and measurable results across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Create, schedule and publish static posts, short‑form videos, stories and community content.
• Monitor social channels daily, respond to comments, flag issues and seize engagement opportunities.
• Plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, social, landing pages) to generate qualified leads.
• Own campaign performance from launch through post‑analysis, tracking leads, conversion rates and ROI.
• Maintain accurate tracking, tagging and attribution for all campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product launches, promotions and reputation‑management initiatives.
• Review creative assets for accuracy, empathy, clarity and compliance.
• Analyse performance data, report KPIs and recommend optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• Ability to work night‑shift onsite and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Content creation for static posts, short‑form video and stories.
• Email and SMS marketing campaign setup.
• Landing page creation and basic tracking implementation.
• Performance analytics using KPIs such as engagement, CTR, CPA and ROI.
