Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the digital presence and social media strategy for Framework’s diverse brand portfolio. You will create culturally relevant, platform‑driven content that strengthens brand identity, grows audience engagement, and keeps the brands top‑of‑mind on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple brands.
• Create engaging visual and written content tailored to each platform.
• Manage brand communities, respond to audience interactions, and foster engagement.
• Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to align campaigns with brand standards.
• Explore AI tools and emerging trends to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Filipino.
• Proven ability to handle multiple brands or social media accounts simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of Filipino digital culture and consumer behavior.
• Creative, organized, collaborative, and tech‑savvy.
