Social Media Manager & Instagram Reels Growth Strategist

About the role

BuzzyBooth is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager who can design Instagram Reels that capture attention, drive engagement, and have viral potential. The role focuses on turning raw ideas into native‑feeling short‑form video content for restaurants, dental offices, orthodontic practices, and other local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute an Instagram Reels strategy aligned with BuzzyBooth’s brand goals.
• Generate viral‑style content ideas, hooks, and angles for Reels and TikTok.
• Write concise video scripts and craft scroll‑stopping captions.
• Edit or oversee editing of Reels, ensuring strong pacing, captions, music, and visual flow.
• Repurpose founder stories, customer examples, product demos, testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes footage into engaging videos.
• Monitor short‑form video trends on Instagram and TikTok and incorporate them.
• Analyze performance data, suggest improvements, and refine the posting schedule.
• Boost engagement metrics such as reach, saves, shares, comments, and follower growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating high‑performing Instagram Reels, TikToks, or other short‑form videos.
• Deep understanding of viral hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement drivers.
• Ability to write compelling captions and video scripts.
• Strong sense of current trends on Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience managing social media for brands, founders, startups, or businesses.
• Creative, fast‑moving, and comfortable testing new ideas.
