Social Media Manager (Beauty & Fashion)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, trend‑savvy Social Media & Content Research Specialist to support a growing beauty and fashion creator brand. This remote, full‑time independent contractor role will help shape the brand’s online presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyze beauty, fashion and lifestyle trends on social media.
• Monitor competitors and creators to surface emerging content ideas.
• Develop weekly content calendars and assist with content planning.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Track engagement, reach and audience growth, preparing simple performance reports.
• Brainstorm campaign concepts, support product launches, collaborations and photoshoots.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management, content marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and current social media trends.
• Passion for beauty, fashion and lifestyle creator content.
• Excellent research, organizational and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
