Social Media Manager – Australian Property & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager with deep knowledge of the Australian property and finance sectors. In this full‑time remote position you will shape and execute social media strategies that build brand authority, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and grow accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging reels, short‑form videos, graphics, captions, and educational posts.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Write compelling copy tailored to Australian property and finance audiences.
• Coordinate with video editors, designers, and marketing teams for content production.
• Monitor engagement, analytics, and campaign performance; adjust tactics as needed.
• Stay current with Australian property market trends, finance news, and social media developments.
• Support lead‑generation campaigns and paid social initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Background working with Australian property, real‑estate, mortgage, finance, or investment brands.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and growth tactics.
• Excellent copywriting and content‑planning abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
