Social Media Manager – Anime Jewelry Brand

About the role

Kraymer Art is an anime‑inspired jewelry and accessories brand with a niche, highly engaged audience. The Social Media Manager will own organic growth, content production, and community management across all social channels for both Kraymer Art and the sister account Kraymer Studios.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, and the Kraymer Studios account.
• Source, create, and schedule polished, on‑brand content, including reels and short‑form videos with strong hooks.
• Write captions and copy in a personal, founder‑led voice.
• Engage daily with the community through comments, DMs, replies, and platform‑native features.
• Analyze performance metrics weekly and refine content strategy accordingly.
• Monitor anime fan culture, platform trends, sounds, and formats, adapting them authentically to the brand.
• Maintain a clean, consistent visual direction that reflects the artist‑led identity.
• Identify growth opportunities per platform and execute with clear rationale.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing an Instagram account to at least 20,000 followers independently, with verifiable results.
• At least one reel that has reached 1,000,000+ views, verifiable on request.
• Currently active creating anime‑related content on social media.
• Strong copywriting ability with a natural, human voice.
• Deep understanding of organic growth mechanics, content planning, engagement strategy, and community management.
• Excellent visual judgment to keep the brand aesthetic clean and consistent.
• Available at least 5 days per week and committed to a long‑term role.
• Personal filming setup capable of producing high‑quality video content.
