Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Pharmatica.io is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to shape its digital presence and become a leading voice in the pharmaceutical industry. You will create engaging content, grow targeted audiences, and support the overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Threads.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with editorial themes, industry events, product launches, podcasts, reports, whitepapers, executive interviews, and webinars.
• Produce a variety of content formats including thought‑leadership posts, carousel posts, infographics, short‑form videos, executive snippets, podcast clips, quote graphics, event promotions, and case studies.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure all assets reflect Pharmatica’s tone of voice.
• Grow highly engaged audiences of pharmaceutical executives, medical affairs leaders, R&D leaders, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, commercial, and digital transformation leaders.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, analysts, journalists, conference organizers, and partners.
• Plan and execute campaigns supporting podcasts, whitepapers, reports, events, webinars, surveys, and research.
• Track and report KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rates, reach, click‑through rates, and website traffic.

Required profile

• Mid to senior‑level experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life‑science sector.
