Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. You will support our global staffing and technology services by managing social channels, creating digital content, and assisting with light SEO and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) using Meta Business Suite.
• Create and schedule visual content with Canva, promoting property specials and campaigns.
• Maintain and update website pages on WordPress or Squarespace.
• Run email marketing campaigns via Constant Contact.
• Track and report performance of vendor‑led ad campaigns.
• Coordinate Google Ads, basic SEO, and CTA functionality.
• Develop creative digital strategies to generate leads.
• Handle light administrative duties such as email handling, scheduling, and presentation preparation.
• Support internal documentation and team communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong Google Ads experience.
• Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress or Squarespace, Constant Contact, and listing platforms like Zillow and Apartments.com.
• Understanding of basic SEO and digital performance tracking.
• Excellent English communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the U.S. multifamily rental or real‑estate sector is a plus.
