Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer

About the role

BlueMoso is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to build and manage the visual content engine for two founder‑led personal brands on LinkedIn and Instagram. This remote, full‑time position is open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Design single‑image posts, carousel slides, infographics, cheat sheets and illustrated visuals tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Adapt each design to the specific format, tone and audience of the platform while maintaining brand consistency.
• Research trending content formats and proactively pitch new visual ideas.
• Use Claude and Canva to produce polished, on‑brand content efficiently.
• Monitor performance metrics and apply data‑backed insights to improve creative output.

Required profile

• Based in the Philippines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing carousels, infographics or illustrated posts with clear creative judgment.
• Hands‑on experience designing for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Visual thinker who generates ideas without waiting for a brief.
• Independent, detail‑oriented and consistent with brand guidelines.
