Social Media & Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Multi‑Channel Community & Local SEO Manager to become the voice of our growing portfolio of essential home‑service brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on high‑touch community engagement, social scheduling, local SEO visibility, and routing inbound leads to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound interactions across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profiles, responding promptly to messages, comments, and reviews.
• Identify and qualify sales inquiries from social channels and Google Messages, routing high‑intent leads to the sales team.
• Maintain the posting queue in Buffer, ensuring at least three posts per week per brand with approved video content, captions, and hashtags.
• Oversee Google Business Profile maintenance, answer customer Q&As, verify NAP accuracy, monitor local search insights, and conduct weekly reputation sweeps.
• Escalate service disputes and low‑rating reviews through established channels and report engagement metrics and GBP rankings to leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing communities on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Manager.
• Familiarity with Buffer (or similar scheduling tools) and workflow platforms such as Productive, Canva, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to adapt brand voice from formal (Google Business Profiles) to casual (social platforms) while maintaining professionalism.
• Strong organizational discipline with time‑blocked routines to ensure zero unanswered inquiries.
• Dedicated home office with reliable high‑speed internet.
