Junior Marketing Associate

About the role

The Junior Marketing Associate supports the coordination and administration of marketing projects and campaigns. Working under senior team members, the role focuses on executing tasks accurately and on time while gaining knowledge of RX marketing processes and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned tasks and deliverables for marketing projects, maintain project trackers, documentation, and status updates, and escalate risks or delays to stakeholders as needed.
• Support the execution and reporting of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensure briefs, requirements, and deliverables are complete and accurately documented, and follow established quality standards.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign components, contribute ideas for improving operational efficiency, and assist with translation requests and other workflow activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related areas, demonstrating basic understanding of marketing concepts and campaign execution.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn marketing platforms, AI tools, and enterprise technologies to support technical workflows.
