Slack Administrator – Remote (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Slack Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on optimizing Slack workspaces, automating workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other tools to boost team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces for efficient collaboration.
• Develop and maintain workflow automations within Slack.
• Integrate Slack with third‑party applications and internal platforms.
• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions for new users.
• Analyze usage metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address pain points and implement solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a Slack user with proven day‑to‑day expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Slack administration, including channel management, user access, and notifications.
• Experience creating workflow automations in Slack.
• Expertise integrating Slack with third‑party tools.
• Ability to deliver engaging remote training and onboarding.
