Site Engineer – Superstructure (Metro Manila)

About the role

ACCIONA is looking for a Site Engineer specialized in superstructure works to join its infrastructure project in Metro Manila. You will supervise bored‑piling activities, monitor daily progress, and ensure that all works comply with the approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review piling drawings, specifications and method statements before execution.
• Coordinate with the construction team to open work fronts and guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Supervise bored‑piling and pile‑testing activities, maintaining detailed logs for each stage (survey, casing, drilling, rebar cage, concrete).
• Ensure correct installation of reinforcement cages, casings, tremie pipes and concrete placement.
• Identify and resolve site issues such as obstructions, collapses, concrete loss or deviations from design.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, method statements and risk assessments.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries and subcontractor coordination.
• Inspect rebar and concrete works to verify adherence to quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on superstructure works for buildings, bridges or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems, concreting works and cast‑in‑situ deck construction.
